What we collect

When you book a call through this website, our booking form collects your name, company, phone number, email address, and an optional reference number. We use these details only to schedule and hold the meeting you requested.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to contact you about the engagement you booked: to confirm the meeting, send the calendar invite and join link, and follow up on the conversation. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Who processes it

To deliver the meeting and its confirmations we rely on a small set of processors: Google (Calendar and Meet) to schedule the meeting and generate the video link, Zoom when you choose Zoom as the meeting platform, Resend to deliver confirmation and notification email, Telegram to alert our team of a new booking (your name, company, phone, and email), Twilio to send your SMS confirmation, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook Calendar) to schedule and hold the meeting time. Booking records may be held briefly in a hosted data store to prevent double-booking. These providers process your data only on our behalf to perform these functions.

No sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
